Any person who is involved in the business of building homes is required by law to register with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC). The NHBRC is a regulatory body of the home building industry. Vindilac Construction is an accredited home builder of the NHBRC under Reg no: 4000002444.

In terms of the Construction Industry Development Regulations of 2004, all contractors who wish to complete work in the public sector must register with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). Vindilac Construction is an active member of the Construction Industry Development Board under CRS no: 10425904.
